The goal is to cover topics that interest you and field shoots that help you to understand and improve your photography.

Our 3 day, MY Photo Workshop allows you to pick dates that suit you best. From a minimum of 2, (yourself, partner or friend - 2-4 rooms available) or a group of friends to a maximum of 8, we guarantee to make this a great photo escape.

All of the accommodation offered is boutique and old world charm, based at Beauty Point Tasmania. Accommodation is included as per itinerary and prices below. While the theory workshop sessions will take place at Leal Lodge, accommodation will vary depending on event numbers, room type request and availability. Each location is similar, being lovely and comfortable. Accommodation availability is limited!

You are welcome to come to Leal Lodge, Beauty Point Tasmania from 9am. (Also possible to book extra accommodation nights either side of the workshop.) We start with a workshop on techniques and offer you fantastic question time. We have lunch at our local cafe, followed by a short workshop on the best landscape techniques. Late afternoon we head off for our first field shoot, putting theory into practice. We have national parks, a marina and the Tamar River to explore.

Full day exploring the region which offers a wide diversity of subjects. We target nearby Bakers Beach and forests today. Our emphasis is on quality learning and shooting opportunities. The workshops are in the field and aimed at your photo interests.

Our last sunrise shoot over water and we explore as time allows. We return to Leal Lodge for a final look at everyone’s favourite few images of the 3 day shoot. You will be amazed at the diversity! Workshop finishes at 11am, followed by lunch. You can depart to suit your flight time. (B,L)
