World Photo Adventures acknowledges the Yidinji people as the traditional owners of the land on which WPA is situated. We respectfully recognise Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the unique and enduring connection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the original custodians of the lands and waterways across the Australian continent, with a history of continuous connection dating back more than 60,000 years

As we embark on our photographic journeys, we are committed to approaching these lands with respect, humility, and a willingness to learn from the wisdom of Traditional Owners. We aim to engage in responsible travel practices that preserve and protect the environment and respect the cultural protocols of the local communities.

We encourage all participants to deepen their understanding of the Traditional Owners of the lands we visit, while also respecting the customs and traditions on Country.
