World Photo Adventures (WPA) is offering travellers from Australia and New Zealand the chance to work directly with accredited travel operators around the world.
When you email us with your inquiry, WPA will pass on your email address to the relevant operator and will give you a referral number. From Antarctica to the Arctic, Africa to Asia, the USA to South America, we can help you to enjoy your own personalised travel services, this allowing you to be in control of your own adventure.
WPA is happy to help with initial questions and might be able to suggest a few unique ideas for your itinerary. In particular, Darran and the team can assist you specifically with your photo interests. This could be anything from the rare snow leopard of the Himalaya’s to the best timing of fall colour in Patagonia.
From this point, you will be dealing directly with the local operator.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERSONALISED TRAVEL AND A WPA TOUR
Our regular WPA photo tours include a professional photo guide. Nothing is free in travel, so the guides costs (accommodation, meals, flights, time, tuition etc) are included. This obviously adds a substantial cost to the tour sell price. The new Personalised Travel you are requesting, does not have these costs included, unless requested, so will be cheaper than a WPA tour. (You can request a local expert guide.) This is what you need to decide as the traveller, “what services are you happy to pay for”? We are happy to help and optimise your travel interests.

THE ROLE OF WORLD PHOTO ADVENTURES (WPA) & OBLIGATIONS
WPA is acting as a referral agent only. WPA is not the service supplier or the booking agent.
The referral does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level or rating of any accommodation or tours offered by the relevant operator listed. We hereby expressly disclaim any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality, status or adequacy of any service listed by the operator.
WPA is facilitating the opportunity for you to work with some of the finest tour operators in the world. They have been used by WPA for their own events. Some of these associations go back over many years. WPA acts as a facilitator only. WPA is not selling specific products on behalf of a supplier. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions set out by the relevant operator. Should you be unhappy with the product, your legal recourse is against the operator, not WPA. WPA accepts no liability for operators. WPA is happy to help with suggested information, in particular for photography interests. All other requests, such as – dietary requests, or hotel room type etc. is to be made with the local operator.
IMPORTANT – RESPONSIBILITY
By agreeing to allow WPA to send your email address to an operator, you understand and agree to all points in this Disclaimer. Please note that we work on a ‘personal responsibility’ system with all aspects of Personalised Travel. The sheer nature of travelling, outdoor locations, new countries or locations have some risks. By allowing us to send your email contact details, you are waiving any and all claims, now and in future against, and release from all liability and agree not to sue World Photo Adventures (also noted as WPA).
I am aware that travelling, in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent has certain additional dangers and risks, some of which may include physical exertion for which I may not be prepared, weather extremes subject to sudden and unexpected change, remoteness from normal medical services, and evacuation difficulties if I am disabled. I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of travel is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work, and that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement being a reason for my participation. I agree that if I suffer injury or illness, World Photo Adventures, or it’s affiliated operators can, at my cost, arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation services, as deemed essential for my safety. In entering into this agreement, I am not relying on any oral, written, or visual representations or statements by World Photo Adventures or its staff or any other inducement or coercion to go on the adventure trip, hence, only of my own free will. I confirm that I am over the age of 18 years and that I have read and understand the terms and conditions of contract and this Agreement, will be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and successors. I agree that this Agreement shall be governed in all aspects by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia and its states. Confirming the use of my email address to an operator confirms I have read this DISCLAIMER and that I agree to it’s conditions.
