We are offering three linked tours that will blow you away with the diversity of imagery offered and the special travel experiences. You can walk in the footsteps of the Incas! We have offered over 10 tours in the region and all were incredible and unique. The landscapes are so surreal and the culture is a great ‘life experience’. We mix very good logistics with accommodation, quality time and incredible photo opportunities.

Itinerary to photo adventure…
DAY 1 – Calama – San Pedro de Atacama
We fly to Calama as a group. (Flight not included and should be booked with your international flights.) Reception at the airport and drive to San Pedro de Atacama. We visit the ‘Moon’s Valley’ for sunset photography. An amazing landscape that will help you to appreciate the adventures to come.
Accommodation for 3 nights in Hotel. (B,D)
DAY 2 – Los Flamencos National Reserve
Morning visit to Chaxa Lake in Los Flamencos National Reserve, where we will photograph 3 species of flamingos and other bird species, such as Puna plover, Andean avocets, Andean coots and others. Return to San Pedro. We offer another shoot in the ‘Moon’s Valley’ for new late light sunset shots. Accommodation for 3 nights in Hotel. (B,L,D)
DAY 3 – Tatio Geysers & Machuca Wetland
Early departure for shooting the Tatio Geysers at sunrise and to visit Machuca’s wetland for endemic Altiplano’s birds. We return to San Pedro for lunch. At 3:00pm, we drive to visit the Pacana Monks or “Guardians”. These are amazing eroded formations that look like giants in the middle of the altitude desert. Accommodation for 3 nights in Hotel. DAY 4 – San Pedro to Bolivia
Drive to the border with Bolivia and change vehicles to 4WD at Cajón Pass (3 pax per vehicle). Now we are exploring the high country, where few photographers venture. We visit Laguna Verde and Laguna Colorada in Eduardo Avaroa Wildlife Reserve, home of thousands of Puna flamingos and other endemic wildlife. Hotel accommodation. (B,L,D)
DAY 5 – Laguna Hedionda – San Juan del Rosario
Drive across the Viscachas Canyon (so called due to the numerous Chinchilla-like rodents locally known as “viscachas”. Morning photography at Laguna Hedionda where you can photograph Andean and James’ flamingos, Andean gulls and other birds. On the way to San Juan, we visit the Ollague Volcano and photograph vicuñas and other high altitude wildlife. We descend to the Andean plains across salt flats and arrive to the village of San Juan. DAY 6 – Salar de Uyuni
Morning photography of a llama drive in San Juan – very iconic!. We continue across quinoa plantations and start driving across the vast Uyuni’s Salt Flat. This is incredible and…
